JUST IN CASE Return Policy


While we all would prefer that products always work as expected out of the box, a very small percentage of the time there will be a problem. We're very sorry when this happens but sometimes items just don't work correctly straight from the manufacturer. Usually there's nothing you or JUST IN CASE could have done to prevent it.

If there is a manufacturer's warranty, the warranty specifics, including contact information, are typically found in the packaging. If you can't find it or if the warranty is through JUST IN CASE and not the manufacturer, we'll be happy to provide you with the necessary information. 

Returns and refunds are allowed if we receive your request within 14 calendar days from delivery. All returns must be received complete (all original packaging and contents) by JUST IN CASE within 14 calendar days after the return is approved. 

Unfortunately, we cannot issue any refund if your order has been processed. The processing of your order is an automated system that cannot be stopped. If you wish to apply for a refund for your order, you'll have to wait until the package has been delivered. We're sorry for the inconvenience caused, but once an order is processed, we cannot stop it anymore from being shipped.

Refunds on defective or damaged products will be issued once the item is received by us. Refunds on defective or damaged products will be issued once the customer contacts our support team to inform us the package has been shipped and the return item is scanned for delivery back to JUST IN CASE. Upon inspection, the cost of product will (partially) be refunded.

For a return, we do not credit back any shipping charges paid on the original order and we do not pay or reimburse for any return shipping back to us.


Generally, we offer a 14 day "change-of-mind" return policy, but please note that some items are not returnable in any case, due to their nature. This is noted on the product page. Please do not open the product if you do not plan to keep the item you purchased. All returns must be received complete (with all original packaging and contents) and in working condition by JUST IN CASE within 14 calendar days after the return is approved and prior approval is required within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds will be issued on change of mind returns once the item is received. Depending on the condition of the returned item, a partial refund may be issued. All refunds are subjected to a 2.50€ transaction fee. 

For a return, we do not credit back any shipping charges paid on the original order and we do not pay or reimburse for any return shipping back to us.

Missing item
If your item hasn't arrived, please track your item with the provided tracking code here. Inform us of your situation and we will do everything in our power to find your item and return it to the rightful owner.

Refunds for undelivered packages.
We hate it when packages are not delivered. That's why we always do as much as possible to retrieve lost packages or advise when orders need to be picked up at local post offices. However, it is also your responsibility to make sure you claim your order when need to be picked up. Please keep an eye out on your tracking number and act accordingly as we do not refund orders that are not being picked up.

Returned Orders
If your order is returned to us for any of the following reasons we will not refund the returned product. Instead, you will be updated when this happens and you will be asked to pay for a reshipment fee. When you decline to accept the shipping fee, the parcel will be destroyed and you won't be able to claim a refund.

- No one available to accept the delivery
- Order refused by the customer
- Refusal to pay customs fees
- Refused by Customs

Packages lost/not returned for some reason due to an incorrect address, will not be refunded.

Note: There are times when customs may decide not to reroute the package or the cost to return the items exceed the cost of the products, then the package will be abandoned and no refund will be available.

Late or missing orders from difficult to reach countries
Disputes about delivery won't be accepted if the items have been shipped out to the following countries:  Haiti, Kyrgyzstan, Madagascar, Mauritius, Bangladesh, Nepal, Nicaragua, Swaziland, Jamaica, Zambia, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Egypt, Sudan, Libya, Algeria, Angola, Bahamas, Benin, Belize City, Burundi, Dominican Republic, Gambia, Grenada, Cuba, Palestine, Mexico, Brazil, Paraguay.

In these countries it is really difficult to finish the custom clearance and shipping products to these countries always takes a long time. JUST IN CASE is not reliable for delayed or missing packages when ordering from one of the above mentioned countries. We will try to do our best to help you with your inquiry, but we do not refund any orders made from these countries.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your payment company (credit card, bank, paypal etc). It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at and we will get to the bottom of it.

Customs, Taxes and Duties.
Don't worry about customs, import tax or other levies. 
We ship out 100's of orders each day and 99.9% makes it to your doorstep without any issues. However, we cannot guarantee that items will not be subject to random checks and cause associated delays and charges. JUST IN CASE is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes or any additional fees attached to this proccess.

Such charges are not included in the purchase price of JUST IN CASE's products. We will not be responsible for the payment of any import duty / tax / VAT under any circumstances.

We are not able to offer a refund for returned goods which are returned because the customer wishes to avoid paying any customs duties imposed.

When ordering from JUST IN CASE you agree to pay any Import Duty / Tax / VAT which may be imposed by your country's government. If you refuse to pay any Import Duty / Tax / VAT imposed and thereby prevent delivery of your order you will remain liable for the purchase price of the product/s and any Import Duty / Tax / VAT or penalty imposed by your government.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country and customs duties are not always applied. Each country has its own rules for determining whether Import Duty / Tax / VAT will apply. Some countries only charge customs duties if the parcel has a value over a certain amount. Based on your country's customs rules, it is possible that your parcel will fall below that threshold level.
