Our return policy lasts 14 days starting on the day your order has been delivered. This will give you enough time for to contact us if something is wrong. We accept refunds and exchanges only in the event that you have received a defective product or a completely different and incorrect product which does not match the order you placed. All refunds and exchange requests for defective goods will undergo assessment before being approved or rejected. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require your order number, a receipt or other proof of purchase. JUST IN CASE will not cover the return shipping costs.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you if your returned item is approved for a refund. If it’s approved, we will then process your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.
If your item hasn't arrived, please track your item with the provided tracking code here. Inform us of your situation and we will do everything in our power to find your item and return it to the rightful owner.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your payment company (credit card, bank, paypal etc). It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get to the bottom of it.
Customs and Duties
Any additional taxes, fees, tariffs, import fees, and surcharges levied by destination countries are the responsibility of the customer.
JUST IN CASE is not responsible, and cannot determine in advance the amount, if any, that will be charged. Please check customs regulations of your country to ascertain if any additional charges will be applied to your order.
By completing your order, you agree to pay all applicable fees. If your package is seized by customs officials for any reason whatsoever, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition.
